Family Constellations expose the hidden dynamics within families that are behind the traumas and misfortunes we experience in our lives.  The innocense of a child wants only to love its family and the child often sacrifices its own best interests in the blind belief that this suffering will ensure its 'belonging' to the family.  This experiential workshop brings these hidden loyalties to light so that love can begin flowing in a healthy way.

The Family Constellation work was developed by

  Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and former Catholic Priest. This work is a tool to not only determine if there is a systemic cause of the issue or illness, but also a way to unlock the energy blockage through the appropriate movements or word that leads to a resolution or healing for all members of the family. His work is continually evolving with the recent evolution of the "Movements of the Spirit-Mind".

How does it Work?

The client chooses members from the group to represent some of their family members. These representatives then experience the effects of the family dynamics.  The facilitator works with the representatives to restore balance, respect, dignity and love between all members of the family.  Everyone attending the workshop is able to feel the effect of these entanglements and the freedom that results from their resolution.
